Different spots on the face – self-diagnosis tips

If there are red pimples, spots or spots on the face, it can be caused by various diagnoses. This often includes acne, rosacea, perioral dermatitis (clown’s eczema) or eczema. Distinguishing between these diagnoses can be very difficult. With this blog we hope to provide self-diagnosis tips and more information about which skin condition you have.

This is especially important as different skin care tips and treatments are provided for each skin type. For example, corticosteroid creams aggravate acne, rosacea, and periorbital rashes, but on the other hand, we treat eczema with these creams. Vice versa, an antibiotic does not primarily help against eczema.

Beautiful, healthy skin starts from within, in the gut. The intestinal flora, also known as the gut microbiota, plays an important role in maintaining healthy skin. In this article I will explain how a healthy intestinal flora contributes to healthy skin and how a disturbed intestinal flora can lead to skin problems.

Healthy skin has a good balance between the different layers of the skin and the functions of the skin cells. A good skin barrier prevents dehydration and infections and keeps the skin looking radiant and healthy. To maintain healthy skin, it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and take good care of the skin with appropriate skin care products.

Various skin diseases, such as acne, rosacea and eczema, can be caused by a disturbed intestinal flora. This is because the intestinal flora plays an important role in the body’s immune system. A disturbed intestinal flora can lead to an overactive immune system, which can lead to inflammation and skin problems. More on nutrition for acne, psoriasis, skin cancer and rosacea
