WPML

This site uses WPML for multilingual support. WPML places cookies to:

What we share with third parties:

  • MyParcel – for generating shipping labels and logistics processing.
  • PostNL, DHL, DHL Express (and, if applicable, other delivery services) – for delivering orders. Name, address, email address, and phone number are shared to enable delivery and tracking.
  • Buckaroo – for secure processing of payments, including PayPerEmail.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) – we use hashed email addresses to create Custom Audiences for targeted ads to existing customers. This is done based on consent or a legitimate interest. You can opt out via our preference center or by contacting us.
  • Mailchimp – for sending emails, such as newsletters, webinar follow-ups, or product recommendations. Name and email address are processed. Mailchimp is based in the United States and is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Zapier – for automated workflows, such as processing registrations or syncing data with email platforms. Only necessary data is processed, and a data processing agreement is in place.
  • Google Analytics – for anonymized analysis of website traffic.

WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency

This plugin supports multilingual and multi-currency functionality in our store. Cookies are used to:

  • synchronize cart information across multiple languages or domains,
  • store customers’ language and currency preferences,
  • and add currency data to WooCommerce reports.

No personal data is shared with external parties via this plugin.

Solid Security Pro (formerly iThemes Security)

We use Solid Security Pro to protect this site. This plugin processes:

  • IP addresses of visitors,
  • user IDs of logged-in accounts,
  • usernames used in login attempts.

This information is logged when suspicious activity is detected, such as failed login attempts or content changes. Logs are retained for up to 60 days.

In addition, we use:

  • Google reCAPTCHA for form protection. This is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
  • External server checks with solidwp.com, wordpress.org, and amazonaws.com for plugin updates. No personal data is transmitted.

Loco Translate

Loco Translate is used to manage translations within the website. This plugin runs locally within WordPress and processes no personal data from visitors or customers.
