It may happen that you want to return a product. You may return a product to us within 14 days from the day after receipt of the product. You do not have to give a statement of reasons. Make sure that the product is undamaged and in its original condition. Our products are hygiene products and cannot be returned after opening. As soon as we have received the package, we will refund the amount as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days.
Received the wrong product or damage?
Despite careful handling of an order, the wrong product may have been sent. In that case, we ask you to report this immediately to the email email@example.com and to return the product unopened and unused. We will send you the right product as soon as possible. We take care of the shipping costs ourselves.
Go through the following steps to make returning the product as smooth as possible.

- Send product
Send the products back together with the completed return form. Preferably in the original shipping box with padding to prevent damage. You will receive a label from us that can be stuck on the package. With the label, PostNL can scan the package, after which the shipping costs will be charged to us.
As soon as we have received the package, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. We will exchange the product or refund the purchase amount to the account used for payment.
